People have been asking for the details, so here they are!
The birth...
So Carson was breech the week before his due date, so my doctor said we would try to flip him. She said not to get my hopes up, cuz it rarely works. I was all prepared for a c-section. He flipped. To flip him, the doctor has to physically move him through me. It took 2 people, digging their hands through my stomach practically touching my spine. They had a ultrasound to tell where his head was, so one nurse moved his butt and the other moved his head. This is PAINFUL, comparable to labor pains. I'm serious, I was screaming.
After he was successfully flipped, they started my contractions with pitocin to make sure he stayed head-down. A few hours, an epidural and 4 pushes later, we had Carson!
Coming home...
Carson and I were on the porch, waiting for Grandma and Kendra to get home with Laena so she could meet her brother. Grandma brought her to the porch and Laena refused to touch Carson. She didn't know what to think. We talked about it and gave her some space, and sure enough after a few minutes, she was patting his head and calling him "brother".
Funny Story: Grandma put Carson on Laena's lap. Laena let him sit there for a minute then handed him back to Grandma and said "Gucky"! I don't know why she thought he was yucky. She's over it, tho. She has lots of family keeping her busy and Carson's just a part of the picture now.
So we are having fun with Carson. He is such a nice baby, so much easier than Laena was, so far. He is 6 days old and he woke up once last night. We had a checkup today and his percentiles look good: 46-weight, 48-head, 85-length. So he is skinny and tall, despite me. Two kids is definitely twice as busy as one, but it's so much fun so far. Thanks for everyone's love and support. More pictures to follow later!

Awww, that's so sweet. Laena is going to be the best big sister and helper. You're so lucky.
