We Have Arrived...a week ago!

Yes, we made it home last thursday. It was a fast trip home. We left Tuesday night and got to Mt. Rushmore on Wednesday morning. We then drove to Colorado Springs and since it was snowing, decided to stop for the night. We got home Thursday evening. It feels so so good to be in my own home again.

We only took one tourist stop on the way, Mt. Rushmore. It was amazing.

It was snowing by the time we left Mt. Rushmore. When we drove again on Thursday, the scenery was beautiful. Winston was a good sport about driving most of the way.

Laena was an angel of the drive. She was completely boxed in. The changing pad was between her and the door, the cooler right next to her, with my body pillow wrapped around the car seat. What a trooper.

The sun was setting as we entered Arizona. The sunsets were one on the things that I missed the most about this state and it seemed like it was welcoming us home.
